ParkerVision's d2p Test and Measurement Center
Over all mobile phone standards, d2p simultaneously demonstrates high efficiency and high quality RF waveforms. The information provided was gathered using a single d2p RFIC fabricated in 180nm Silicon Germanium (SiGe). The d2p RFIC featured falls within the typical range of expected performance for a standard lot.
ParkerVision provides efficiency charts that range from 0 dBm (low) power out up to +35 dBm (high) power out depending upon standard. Also provided are test equipment screen captures that feature industry recognized indicators of performance, such as, Adjacent Channel Power Ratio (ACPR), Error Vector Magnitude (EVM), and RHO. These are measurements defined by each unique waveform standard and represent overall waveform quality.
